Our British film is set in the year 2013, in east London around a run down area and is about a male, 18 year old British teenager called Jack, who has lost both his parents in a British civil war, with the government against working class. The governement decide to rise against the working class and try to create a 'perfect; society of just upper class people in Britain, much like the Holocaust. Jack managed to survive the war by hiding in a wardrobe in his room, he is the only one left in his family. As a result of this loss, Jack wants to get revenge somehow and manages to find a group of people with similar motives. They form a terrorist group and have to make serious decisions about whether it is right to get revenge on the government, as they are only doing what they did to their class. Throughout the film, Jack has flashbacks of his past of when his parents were still alive which only fuels his want for revenge. He also has to address why he is joining the terrorist group and this allows us to see the issue from that point of view. He experiences very frightening situations and is constantly thinking about his family, how he is fighting for them. We are left with Jack on the brink of a big decision to either go with his new 'family' and get his revenge, or deal with his loss and somehow make a difference to Britain.
